Soft drinks in high schools


Some people agree to drinking soft drinks, and they want to be allowed to sell soft drink anywhere on the campus, such as: from vending machines or in cafeterias. And some people disagree to selling soft drinks in high school.
Some people think schools should be allowed to sell soft drinks anywhere on the campus. So, they are agree with soft drinks for many reasons. First, they like to drink soft drinks, such as Coca-Cola , Pepsi and Sprite. So, the students want schools to sell these drinks in their high school. Second, they think the soft drinks will give them energy such us some energy drinks like Red Bull or Power Hourse drink. Third, it’s include important ingredients in the soft drinks, like, protein and vitamin. So, many high schools sell soft drinks to students. For example, some schools sell soft drinks only for profit, and don’t care about students healthy!
On other hand, some people disagree with allowing to sell soft drinks in high school, and must be banned in high school! There are many reasons to not allow to sell soft drinks anywhere on the campus. First, soft drinks can cause damage for your body because it’s really dangerous for our body, and it’s maybe cause of osteoporosis, and damage your teeth and your heart. Second, soft drinks include a lot of carbonate that can harm your health. Third, soft drinks is not healthy drinks, and if you want to drink it, you can but not in high school, and not always. And you can change and drink fresh drinks instead of soft drink because it’s healthy for your body.
Finally, in my opinion, high school should not be allowed to sell soft drinks anywhere on the campus because it’s effect for your health.

Going on a diet

The diagram shows of how to go on a diet. Some people need to go on a diet but they didn’t know how to go on a diet. So, this diagram describes about the diet and it can help you. There are some steps you must do before and after you start the diet. So, first thing to going on a diet is you should ask yourself some questions, like: where are you now? Where you want to reach? And how to going on a diet? These are some questions that you must answer to know what really you want for this diet. Following this, there are some tips to going on a successful diet. First tip is planning, you should draw a plan for this subject to know about it carefully. Second, you must have determination and persistence for yourself to complete your diet. Third thing is : you must be patient. Because if you be patient , then you can doing your hard works without a tired. In the next stage, after you finished the setting goals, you must do some steps of diet that help you to go on a successful diet. First, you should follow in a proper diet. So , you must eat a healthy foods like : fish (its contain a lot of protein) , fruit , vegetable and low fat milk. And you can eat some food witch contain a vitamins and energy. Second suspect, doing exercises every day. The best time to doing exercises is morning. So, you should do it in morning. Third, ask the doctor for nutrition. He can help you to solve this problem. Also, avoid the junk food like: burger because it’s damage for human body, and it’s cause diseases. Finally, if you do this step by step , you will going on a successful diet.
